Terms of use
Scores is an app that shows sports scores. By installing it you agree to these terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which governs every app on the App Store.
The scores
Scores, schedules, standings, and statistics come from public sports data feeds. They can be late, missing, or wrong. Do not rely on the app for anything where a wrong score costs you money or anything else. The app shows no betting odds and is not meant to support betting.
Trademarks
Team names, league names, and team logos belong to their leagues and clubs. PureScores shows them to identify the games and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NBA, WNBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, the NCAA, the Premier League, MLS, NWSL, UEFA, La Liga, the Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Liga MX, the EFL, any club, or ESPN.
The service
The app depends on a server we run. We may change it, pause it, or shut it down at any time, and the app may stop working when we do. We can also change the app or these terms. A changed version of these terms takes effect when it appears on this page.
No warranty
The app and the server are provided as they are, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the app or from it being unavailable or wrong.
Privacy
The privacy policy describes the little data the app handles.
